The Consumer and Market Demand Network is an open network that aims to include as wide a constituency as possible among its membership. At the same time, members are expected to play an active role in the on-going work of the Network.
Members will generally fit with the following criteria:
Employment by a Canadian university, business, government agency, or other institution engaged in research, program management or analysis related to consumer and market demand for food.
Individuals outside of Canada will be accepted as members provided they have a demonstrated interest in Canadian research problems and issues related to consumer and market demand for food.
Members must be willing to participate in the activities of the Network, such as reviewing and preparing commissioned papers, reviewing and/or leading projects funded by competitive grants, reviewing and/or writing policy briefs, and submitting working papers to the Network for publication on its web site.
